Biography
Eliott Paquet is a Paris-based artist whose practice explores the cultural and symbolic consequences of technological ruptures, through sculpture, architecture and so-called traditional techniques such as woodwork. His work navigates the tensions between craftsmanship and industrial production, progress and obsolescence, intimacy and monumentality.
Alongside his artistic practice, he is also active as a curator and co-founded the artist-run space Placement Produit, a platform dedicated to experimental exhibitions and critical forms of display.
