Emerging, Inc. dba UntitledDb (“Company”, “Our”, “Us” or “We”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. The Company runs a digital platform where visitors can learn about and use our service offerings.
This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you visit this platform website or application (“Platform”), regardless of whether you have engaged our services or registered with the Platform or not, and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information, when you register with the Platform and when you use our services, including the use of our Platform, email notifications, receipt of newsletters, affiliate links, and any related applications (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect:
- On this Platform when you register or use our Services, including any commenting, and other content to this Platform, including your uploads, if applicable;
- In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and this Platform;
- Through any mobile and desktop downloads from this Platform which may provide dedicated non-browser-based interaction between you and this Platform; and
- When you interact with our content, applications, or third-party services that include links to this Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use our Platform. By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of this Platform after we make changes is deemed to be acceptance of those changes, so please check the Privacy Policy periodically for updates.
2. Children Under the Age of 18
Our Platform is not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any personal information to or on the Platform without your parent or legal guardian’s consent to do so. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on this Platform or on or through any of its features/register on the Platform, make any purchases through the Platform, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this Platform or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you believe we might have any information from or about a child under 18, please contact us at the email address provided at the end of this Privacy Policy.
3. Information We Collect About You and How We Collect It
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Platform, including information:
- by which you may be personally identified, such as name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit card information, and any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline (“personal information”);
- that is about you but individually does not identify you, such as year of birth, job title and industry; and/or
- about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Platform, and usage details, which may include browser type, time spent on the Platform and other related usage data, including any mobile usage data.
We collect this information:
- Directly from you when you provide it to us;
- Automatically as you navigate through the Platform. Information collected automatically may include usage details, IP addresses, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies; and
- From third parties, for example, our business partners.

The information we collect on or through our Platform may include:
- Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Platform. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use of our Platform, subscribing to our service, purchasing goods or services available on the Platform, posting material, or requesting further Services. If applicable, we may also ask you for information when you enter a contest or promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with our Platform;
- Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses) if you contact us;
- Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes; and
- Your search queries on the Platform.
You also may provide information to be published or displayed (hereinafter, “posted”) on public areas of the Platform, or transmitted to other users of the Platform or third parties (collectively, “User Contributions”). Your User Contributions are posted on and transmitted to others at your own risk. Although we limit access to certain pages for such information by logging into your account profile, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Platform with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.
5. Social Sharing Features
The Platform may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools, which let you share actions you take, or post reviews on our Platform with other media, and social media and vendor platforms and vice versa. Your use of such features and your uploading of any content or material to the Platform enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the entity that provides the social sharing feature. 6. Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technologies.
As you navigate through and interact with our Platform, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including, but not limited to:
- Details of your visits to our Platform, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Platform; and
- Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, device identifier, physical location, operating system, and browser type.
We use strictly necessary cookies and similar storage to operate the Platform, keep you signed in, protect forms, remember core interface choices, and maintain service reliability. We use Google Analytics only if you allow Analytics cookies in our cookie banner or settings. We treat Global Privacy Control signals as a rejection of optional analytics. We do not currently use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or similar technologies to serve interest-based advertising on the Platform.
The information we collect automatically is statistical data and may include personal information, or we may maintain it or associate it with personal information we collect in other ways or receive from third parties. It helps us to improve our Platform and to deliver a better and more personalized service, including by enabling us to:
- Estimate our audience size and usage patterns;
- Store necessary preferences, such as your cookie choices and interface state;
- Speed up your searches; and
- Recognize signed-in users when they return to the Platform.
The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include:
- Cookies and local storage. We use necessary cookies and browser storage for authentication, security, saved cookie preferences, and core Platform behavior. Optional analytics cookies are used only if you allow them in the cookie banner or through Cookie Settings.
- Web Beacons. Pages of the Platform and our e-mails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs) that permit the Company, for example, to count users who have visited those pages or opened an email and for other related Platform statistics (for example, recording the popularity of certain Platform content and verifying system and server integrity).
7. Third-Party Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies.
We use service providers to operate the Platform. Google Analytics is the only optional first-load analytics provider currently identified, and it is loaded only after you allow Analytics cookies. Payment processors, hosting providers, authentication providers, and similar service providers may process information as needed to provide the Services you request.
We do not currently use third-party advertising pixels, retargeting tags, or interest-based advertising cookies on the Platform. If we add those technologies later, we will update this Privacy Policy and the cookie choices before using them.
8. How We Use Your Information
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:
- To present our Platform and its contents to you;
- To provide you with information, products, or Services that you request from us;
- To provide you with notices about your account;
- To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us, including for billing and collection;
- To notify you about changes to our Platform or any products or services we offer or provide though it;
- To measure audience size and usage patterns when you allow Analytics cookies;
- To allow you to participate in interactive features on our Platform;
- To provide you support;
- To detect and remedy any technical issues;
- In any other way we may describe when you provide the information; and
- For any other purpose with your consent.
We may contact you about our own services or updates where permitted by law or with your consent. You can opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe instructions in the message or by contacting us at the email address at the end of this Privacy Policy.
9. Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction.
We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this Privacy Policy:
- To our subsidiaries and affiliates;
- To contractors, service providers, and other third parties we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them;
- To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of the Company’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by the Company about our Platform users is among the assets transferred;
- To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it. For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information; and
- With your consent.
We may also disclose your personal information:
- To comply with any court order, law, or legal process, including to respond to any government or regulatory request;
- To enforce or apply our Terms of Use and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes;
- If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction; and
- In those cases where we sell or negotiate to sell our business to a buyer or prospective buyer. In this situation, we will see that the confidentiality of your personal information and give you notice before this information is transferred to the buyer.
Any third parties to whom we may disclose personal information may have their own privacy policies which describe how they use and disclose personal information. Those policies will govern use, handling and disclosure of your personal information once we have shared it with those third parties as described in this Privacy Policy. If you want to learn more about their privacy practices, we encourage you to visit the websites of those third parties. These entities or their servers may be located either inside or outside the United States.
10. Choices About How We Use and Disclose Your Information
We strive to provide you with choices regarding the personal information you provide to us. We have created mechanisms to provide you with the following control over your information:
- Cookie choices. Necessary cookies and storage are required for the Platform to work. You can allow or reject Analytics cookies in the cookie banner and can change that choice later through the Cookie Settings link in the footer. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we treat that signal as a rejection of optional analytics.
- Limited Disclosure of Your Information for Third-Party Advertising. We do not currently share your personal information with unaffiliated or non-agent third parties for their own promotional purposes.
- Promotional Offers from the Company. If you do not wish to have your email address/contact information used by the Company to promote our own services, you can opt out by using the unsubscribe instructions in a promotional email or by sending us an email stating your request to the email address at the end of this Privacy Policy. This opt out does not apply to information provided to the Company as a result of a product purchase, service, experience or other transaction.
11. Accessing and Correcting Your Information
You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Platform and visiting your account profile page.
You may also send us an email at the email address listed at the end of this Privacy Policy to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. We cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
If you delete your User Contributions from the Platform, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Platform users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Platform, including User Contributions, is governed by our Terms of Use.
12. Your California Privacy Rights
This PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS supplements the information contained in this Privacy Policy and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California. Company adopts this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) and other California privacy laws. Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this notice.
Company collects various types of personal data about you during our relationship. In particular, we have collected the following categories of personal data from consumers within the last twelve (12) months:
- Information that you provide by filling in forms on our Platform. This includes information provided at the time of registering to use our Platform, subscribing to our service, posting material, or requesting further Services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a contest or promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with our Platform;
- Records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses) if you contact us;
- Your responses to surveys that we might ask you to complete for research purposes;
- Your search queries on the Platform;
- Details of your visits to our Platform, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Platform; and
- Information about your computer and internet connection, including your IP address, device identifier, physical location, operating system, and browser type.
13. Data Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers behind firewalls.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Platform like message boards. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Platform.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Platform. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Platform.
14. Your rights and your preferences: Giving you choice and control
You may be aware that the General Data Protection Regulation or "GDPR" gives certain rights to individuals in relation to their personal data. Accordingly, we have implemented additional transparency and access controls to help users take advantage of those rights. As available and except as limited under applicable law, the rights afforded to individuals are:
- Right of Access - the right to be informed of and request access to the personal data we process about you;
- Right to Rectification - the right to request that we amend or update your personal data where it is inaccurate or incomplete;
- Right to Erasure - the right to request that we delete your personal data;
- Right to Restrict - the right to request that we temporarily or permanently stop processing all or some of your personal data;
- Right to Object - the right, at any time, to object to us processing your personal data on grounds relating to your particular situation; the right to object to your personal data being processed for direct marketing purposes;
- Right to Data Portability - the right to request a copy of your personal data in electronic format and the right to transmit that personal data for use in another party’s service; and
- Right not to be subject to Automated Decision-making - the right to not be subject to a decision based solely on automated decision making, including profiling, where the decision would have a legal effect on you or produce a similarly significant effect.

15. Data Retention
If you create an account with the Company, we will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with Services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
16. Changes to Our Privacy Policy
It is our Privacy Policy to post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page with a notice that the privacy policy has been updated on the Platform home page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users’ personal information, we will notify you by email to the email address specified in your account and/or through a notice on the Platform home page. The date the Privacy Policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you and for periodically visiting our Platform and this Privacy Policy to check for any changes.
17. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. To the extent that you are a user who resides outside of the United States, please be advised that any information provided will be transferred to the United States. By visiting and using the Platform and submitting any information through the Platform, you are therefore authorizing this transfer of information to the United States. If any part of this Privacy Policy is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law, then the invalid or unenforceable provision or part will be deemed suspended by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provisions or part, and the remainder of this Privacy Policy shall continue in full force and effect.
