Do I need to pay to list my gallery or exhibitions?
No. Public gallery and exhibition records do not require a subscription. A free account lets you contribute where editing is permitted. Enterprise adds profile claiming, advanced analytics and paid promotional benefits.
Can I use UntitledDb alongside my gallery website?
Yes. Your UntitledDb profile gives visitors another way to explore your program and follow links to your website. It does not require you to replace your existing site.
What if my gallery is already listed or claimed?
Use the existing record rather than creating a duplicate. Contributions depend on its editing permissions. If it is already claimed, follow the available claiming or authorization process.
Does Enterprise include claims for every artist we work with?
The base plan includes one institution claim and one person claim. Additional claims are billed separately and remain subject to authorization. An artist appearing in your exhibition history does not mean you control their profile.
What is the difference between artists shown and represented artists?
Artists shown have participated in exhibitions at your gallery. Representation is a separate relationship and should only be listed when it is accurate and supported by the record.
How do the Instagram carousel credits work?
Monthly paid Enterprise includes one carousel per paid month. Annual billing provides 12 credits after payment, for use during the paid year. Automated credit booking is not yet active. Contact support to arrange your included benefit. Publication depends on availability. Unused annual credits do not roll over.
