Questions about academy profiles.
How are students and alumni connected to an academy?
Through education relationships recorded on the platform. Qualifications and dates are shown where available.
Does appearing in the list prove someone graduated?
Not by itself. Read the recorded qualification and dates. An education relationship should not be interpreted as a degree unless the record supports that conclusion.
Does the Faculty panel show only current staff?
Teaching records can include historical appointments. Roles and dates should be used to understand the relationship rather than assuming every listed person is currently employed.
Can we control all associated profiles with Enterprise?
No. Institution and person claims are separate. Each claim requires authorization and is subject to the subscription allowance.
Does UntitledDb handle admissions or course delivery?
This page concerns public institutional and professional records. It does not introduce admissions, enrollment, course administration or learning-management workflows.
Can students and alumni have profiles without our institution subscribing?
Yes. Public person records do not depend on an institution’s subscription. Contributions follow the relevant editing permissions.
