Founded in Johannesburg in 1913, Everard Read presents modern and contemporary art, with a focus on artists from South Africa. Its gallery group has spaces in Johannesburg, Cape Town, Franschhoek and London; the London gallery opened in 2016.
London hours are Monday–Thursday 10 am–6 pm, Friday 10 am–5 pm and Saturday noon–4 pm; Saturdays in August are closed. Visits outside these hours are by appointment.
