Viridian Artists is pleased to present FOUR SEASONS, a solo exhibition of evocative mixed-media paintings by American artist BERNICE FAEGENBURG. The exhibition will be on view from May 12 through May 30, 2026. An Opening Reception will be held on Saturday, May 16, from 4 to 6 PM, followed by a Closing Reception on Saturday, May 30, from 4 to 6 PM.
In FOUR SEASONS, Bernice Faegenburg brings together expansive large-scale works and more intimate compositions, each attuned to the rhythms of the natural world. Her paintings move fluidly between Western and Eastern traditions, where abstraction and figuration converge, meeting the grace of the calligraphic line. Gesture and image intertwine, giving rise to a visual language that is at once immersive and contemplative, grounded in a deep reverence for nature and its continual transformations.
