Doug Wideen is an artist currently residing in Coquitlam, BC. His characters reflect his childhood, life's struggles, and his journey to self-discovery as an artist. After high school, he worked in construction for decades. At 40, he decided to pursue art, taking night classes before establishing his self-taught practice in drawing and painting at Dynamo Arts. He continues to work in construction while creating art at Pig Freeze Studios.
