Biography
Jules Carlito Beurrier-Loncan is a French–Guadeloupean artist born in 2003. After studying piano at the Lyon and Paris conservatories and completing a bachelor’s degree in French Literature at Sorbonne Nouvelle, he is currently a student at the École des Arts Décoratifs – PSL in the Art–Space program. At the same time, he is pursuing a dual-track curriculum in creative writing at Paris 8 Vincennes–Saint-Denis, where he is developing a fiction-writing project. In 2026, he is part of the Word for Word program with Columbia School of Arts.
In parallel, he has completed numerous internships with French and international artists and choreographers: Raphaël Barontini for the performance « Bal Pays » at the Palais de Tokyo; Chloé Bensahel on the project « Tempête » for the Philharmonie de Paris; Bintou Dembélé on Caribbean memory in spaces of dance and performance for FRAC Île-de-France and Fondation Fiminco; Crystallmess; and at the Elizabeth Foundation for the Arts, where he developed his…
