LOOP – A BACKGROUND NOISE

is the title of the work I have been developing for

FRED&FERRY’s second floor.

It is a reaction to an acceleration dynamics, that has an impact on personal and interpersonal relations and behaviours.

The permanent confrontation with big and important issues – through changing priorities of topics – creates a constant background noise and affects all areas of society’s life. I have been selecting a number of terms which help me to describe and to interpret this world I am living in.

The words are modified typographically to create a graphic pattern running through all rooms of the Gallery. It transform the structure of the space and encloses visitors literally.
