Step into the show like into an egg yolk.
Yellow color field. Soft and sticky lacquer feel of vintage plastic, against which the health food store psychedelia of a new life theorem can unfold and radiate their aura, in paint and collage.
13 works as in the number 13 is the end of a pre-existing order, but also an unavoidable passage toward deep transformation and new beginnings.
13 auras as in 13 manifestations. Aura is swag. Art can be swag when it changes its own aura, as the energy of time passes through it. Adjusting its intensity to the capacity of each viewer.
Collaging the surfaces of miniature color fields like an alchemystic who encapsulates moments and a cohort of rascal spirits, using pins, stickers, chicken bones and pearls to reverse the paths like Hop-o’-My-Thumb with her moon glinting pebbles. Repeat the journey.
Charged with fae-sotericism, glimmer magic, these amulets have a clear agenda; radiate the flow state - the feeling itself.
