Casa del Mutilato of Genoa – Fondazione A.N.M.I.G. announces its participation in 2025, as a selected cultural institution, in the prestigious international exhibition “Segrete. Tracce di Memoria” — now in its seventeenth edition — through the production of its own contemporary art show.
On the occasion of the eightieth anniversary of the Liberation, the Foundation presents a poignant reflection on the emotions in the moments immediately following the historic event and on the fragile peace that had just emerged. The project, curated by Matteo Lenuzza (Curator – Casa del Mutilato of Genoa) and supported by Guido Vinacci (President – Casa del Mutilato of Genoa), will see the Internal Halls of the Modern and Contemporary Art Collection host “Simulacro d’infanzia” (Simulacrum of Childhood), a delicate installation by the young artist Giorgia Grassi.
