Press Release
What happens when glass becomes more than a material?
Glass House brings together thirteen international artists whose practices explore fragility, transparency and transformation through glass and its contemporary counterparts. Bringing together artists based in Switzerland, the UK and Italy, the exhibition considers how materials can shift between states — solid and fragile, transparent and opaque, permanent and ephemeral.
From resin and epoxy to ceramics, plastic and glass itself, the works in the exhibition approach these materials not simply as substances, but as ways of thinking about presence, vulnerability and change.
The exhibition features:
Aanya Mukhtyar
Anja Braun
Dali Geralle
Damaris Athene
Daniel Karrer
Elinor Haynes
Jürgen Baumann
Lizzy Demar
Louise Benton
Luzia Imhof
Nadiia Rohozhyna
Sebastian Haas
Tabitha Lilly Tofield
