Aleksandra Cegielska’s CONSUMED is a visually striking, conceptually sharp meditation on image, appetite, and autonomy. Through painterly compositions, choreographed performances, and layered media, she challenges viewers to confront their conditioned perceptions of femininity, food, and visual pleasure.
This is feminist art that neither apologizes nor simplifies. It is work that bites back, at the gaze, at the spectacle, and at the systems that insist on packaging women as consumable.
