In some way this is about death and my lack of interest in it. I don’t mean I’m uninterested in it, but experiencing it when someone dear to me died felt empty or lacking in a way that I hadn’t anticipated. Maybe because I could see it coming or maybe because it’s everywhere all the time, I just didn’t have the emotions that I thought I’d have. This project is about that, an acknowledgement of the meaninglessness to it and just accepting it.
